1. Processing Time

  • Orders are processed and shipped on working days (Monday–Friday) only.
  • No shipment will be made on public holidays, Saturdays, or Sundays.
  • We do not accept rush or urgent orders — all orders will follow the standard processing and delivery timeline.

2. Delivery Time

  • Standard delivery within Malaysia usually takes 3–7 working days, depending on courier service and location.
  • Delivery delays may occur during festive seasons, sales campaigns, or unforeseen courier issues.

3. Shipping Providers

  • We use Pos Laju for all deliveries.
  • Once shipped, a tracking number will be provided for customers to monitor their parcels.

4. Shipping Fees

  • Shipping fees (if applicable) will be displayed at checkout.
  • Free shipping promotions may apply from time to time (terms may vary).

5. Packaging Care

  • We take extra care in preparing your parcel to ensure it reaches you in good condition. All items are carefully wrapped with protective bubble wrap and securely packed before shipping. Our goal is to make sure your order arrives safely, just as it left our store.

6. Undeliverable Parcels

  • Please ensure your shipping address and contact details are correct.
  • No P.O. Box addresses are allowed. Please provide an address where someone is available to receive the parcel.
  • Failed deliveries due to incorrect information, recipient unavailability, or refusal to accept may result in parcels being returned. Reshipping may incur additional charges.

7. Delivery Guidelines

  • Please make sure someone is available to accept the parcel during delivery.
    • Failed Delivery: If the first delivery attempt fails, Pos Laju will attempt redelivery on the next day. If the second attempt also fails, you will need to collect your parcel at the designated Pos Office.
    • Proof of Delivery will be available via the tracking link once delivery is successful.
    • Restricted Access Areas: For office buildings, apartments, or areas where delivery personnel are not allowed to enter, parcels must be collected from the designated area (e.g., mailbox, guard house, reception counter, or parcel drop-off area).
    • Rural Areas: For locations not directly covered by the courier, parcels must be collected from the designated Pos Office, based on the logistics update.

8. Liability

  • Once an order has been shipped and handed to the courier, we are not responsible for delays, damage, or loss caused by the courier service.
  • However, we will assist in tracking and resolving any courier-related issues where possible.

Return & Refund Policy

We accept returns only under the following conditions:

  • Items received are damaged, misprinted, or incorrect (wrong title/edition).
  • Returns must be sent back within 5 working days of receiving the shipment.
  • Items must be in original condition, with no signs of vandalism, tearing, or damage (other than the reported issue).
  • All items, including free gifts, must be returned together and securely wrapped (preferably with bubble wrap).
  • Return and redelivery shipping fees are to be borne by the buyer unless the return is due to our error.

Refund Method

  • Approved returns will be refunded in the form of store credit or a promo code, which can be used for your next purchase.

Non-Refundable Situations

  • Wrong item ordered or mistaken purchase by the buyer.
  • Returns made after the 5-day return window.
  • Items not in their original condition.
  • Change-of-mind purchases.

Cancellation Policy

  • We strictly adhere to a non-cancellation and non-refundable policy for all sales.
  • Cancellations due to change of mind are not allowed.
  • Please ensure you review all book details carefully before placing your order.
  • No refunds will be issued for cancellations initiated by the customer.
